Alex Scullion Electrical Contractors was formed in 1988 and has become recognised as a quality led electrical installation and maintenance provider. The type of work carried out includes:
- Heating control systems for nationally recognised domestic heating installers.
- High volume rewiring programmes for social housing groups.
- Installations and maintenance for schools, hotels, factories etc.
Alex Scullion Electrical Inspections was established to address the increasing demand for reliable and cost effective inspection and certification of electrical installations.
The requirement for landlords to ensure the safety of installations in tenanted properties resulted in an increased demand for periodic inspections.
The company has experience of high volume projects but one off inspections are also catered for. Clients include national and local housing groups as well as private landlords, estate agents and student letting agencies.
