Question - How do we know if we really need a rewire?
Answer - The condition of the installation will depend on its age, the level of wear and tear and the quality of the original installation. It is often the case that installations carried out as long ago as the 1970’s can be brought up to current standards without the upheaval and cost of a rewire. We can advise on the most cost effective way to bring your installation up-to-date.
Question - How can we be sure that you know what you are doing?
Answer - This is an important question that more people should ask before committing to electrical work. Alex Scullion Electrical Contractors are approved by the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors. This means that we have demonstrated that our work is of the highest standard and that we have the qualification and resource to maintain that standard. We undergo an annual review by an NIC engineer who can select and inspect various types of our installations at random.
