Benefits of working with Alex Scullion Electrical Contractors Ltd
Alex Scullion Electrical Group - Providing domestic, commercial and industrial electrical services

There are many benefits of working with Alex Scullion Electrical Contractors Ltd: -

Experience

The original company has provided electrical services since January 1988. However, our experience in electrical service and contracting goes back way beyond that.

The team consists of experienced electricians who trained in a wide variety of environments, from shipyards to brickyards, from carpet factories to organ factories. We have a huge experience of working for hotels and licensed premises and have been involved in new-builds and re-fits of all types of commercial and industrial premises.

Qualified People

Our team consists of people with varying levels of qualification that complement their rôle in the company. We encourage them to continually improve on their skills and qualification in order to meet the changes in legislation and regulation. We continually monitor their performance and provide them with strong technical support. Any changes in methods or rules are communicated to them both verbally in discussion and backed up where appropriate with hard-copy information and diagrams.

Record Keeping

We have a sound system of recording information and details of our installations, particularly certificates.

Inspection & Testing

Our electrical inspectors are qualified to City and Guilds 2391. The inspection certificates that they complete are carefully scrutinised by a NICEIC qualifying supervisor to ensure accuracy and quality of inspections.

All of our inspectors have many years invaluable experience in domestic, commercial and industrial environments, that our clients benefit from.

Recording of certificates is an integral part of the daily inspection routine. The company has a stringent system of recording certificates to ensure that we can quickly refer to them when required.

Inspection and testing should always precede major refurbishment programmes. Establishing the condition of the installation can either confirm the need for a complete re-wire or it can show that with a much smaller investment, the installation can be upgraded to fully comply with current regulations.
